Mike de la Flor and Dr. Shanda Blackmon collaborated to produce nearly two-dozen full-color surgical illustrations of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). The illustrations were produced from surgical photography and from sketches created by Dr. Blackmon. Adobe Photoshop was used to create the illustrations in simple sketch and color style.
