Mike de la Flor produced 26 surgical illustrations for Dr. David Baskin of the Houston Methodist Hospital for the chapter “Combined Hybrid Microscopic and Endoscopic Transsphenoidal Surgery: Anatomy, Instrumentation, and Technique” in Transsphenodial Surgery. Mike viewed surgery and used video recordings to create the illustrations using 3DS Max and Adobe Photoshop.
